Geothermal heat pump system:- 49-ton ClimateMaster system
- Garage, lockers and staff room use four water-to-air units and two 10T water-to-water unites for 18,000 feet of in-floor radiant heating on 27 loops. Gas boiler support for air make-up.
- Administrative office uses five water-to-air units supported by an exchange loops from an open well loops. Discharge to marsh area on-site.
Geothermal loop system:- Garage and staff rooms: 27 vertical closed loops at 120 feet depth with three ¾-horsepower variable speed pumps.
- Administrative office: One open loop well and plate heat exchanger with 3-horsepower variable speed pump.
